MyMiniMaxiLoveLife is an application for smartphones and tablets, designed specially for Facebook, which uses personal data to generate short fictions, called lovelife-clips. Using the method of probability calculation, the application generates customized stories, assembled on the basis of intrigues that result from statistical and semantic analysis of personal data.

Concept

The concept of the MyMiniMaxiLoveLife application relies on the idea of generating short audiovisual fictions whose logic and aesthetics are regulated by algorithms that exploits in the background the design of social network sites and all actions, relationships and connections that woven by the users.

How?

The idea is to create an app – available on smartphone and tablet – which offers the user customized fictions inspired by the stories posted by users on their Facebook-account. The story lines generated by the application are based on a statistical and semantic analysis.

The core of the application is based on a profiling system. The goal of the profiling system is to infere a number of typical features of Facebook users and their friends networks, starting from a semantic and statistical analysis carried out on tastes, preferences, desire and moods.

The inferred data determine a raw canvas (or graph) on which little scenarios are built by a plot generator. By using the method of probability calculation, the system computes, combines and builds different scenarios which results in a LoveLife Clip or MiniMaxi psychodrama with variable emotional tones.

Users and their friends networks gets the opportunity to edit the clip, after which the plot generator calculates a follow-up. With the mobile application, the user has also the possibility to witness at every moment and on every location the direction of his lovelife.
